On November 4th, the annual Montverde Academy Golf Classic benefiting Montverde Academy in Montverde Florida was held at the gorgeous Bella Collina Golf and Country Club.

Golf Scholarships for Girls

Seems there's a shortage of young women playing golf these days.  NCAA estimated 200 out of 1800 female golf scholarships went unused in 2009. 

Really?  With the price of college these days?  A disturbing trend to say the least.

Enjoyed our visit in the Villages

During an equipment demo day at the Golf Expo held at the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course in the Villages, Florida, we had the opportunity to speak with many of our CRYSTAL GOLF fans.

Grandpa – the kids are here!

It’s spring break and the kids are in town.  Mom and Dad have left them with you for the day while they spend some “alone time” together.  Perfect.  Little Jimmy is bouncing off the walls and Sarah is tugging on your sleeve.  What do you do?  Other than holler at Grandpa.

Throughout the PGA show, we heard customer after customer remark they heard we were out of business.  Really?

Wishing Chuck and Delphia a bon voyage as they head out to celebrate their twentieth anniversary on a cruise to Puerto Rico!  Whatever you do, don't forget to pack your favorite colored CRYSTAL Golf Balls!  Never know who you might run into in the islands… 

On the horizon

"What are you wearing? "

Yes, that's the question on the course these days.  Not "how's your game," or "what's your handicap."  No, these days it's all about having a good time and looking great.  Accessorizing, if you will.

And when they ask you the all important question, of course you want your answer to be, "Oh, only the latest and greatest 'you know who' label."

But seriously—have you seen what they're wearing on the golf course these days?  Gone is the quiet sophistication of pastels and plaids, expensive nondescript golf shoes and dull white golf balls, replaced by bold strokes of color and print, coordinating accessories and high tech equipment.  

Great show PGA!

Kudos to the PGA for hosting yet another great industry show.  Turnout was fantastic and the crowd was FUN!  Seems to be an emerging theme on the course these days.   

May we suggest Crystal Roses this Valentine’s Day?

This gem is a standout with its rich red logo absolutely radiant against the lustrous white cover.  And it gets results.   

What does compression matter anyway?

I like the color of these Crystal golf balls.  They’re fun to play and better looking than my teammates golf balls.  Does the compression really matter?
